About Your Mediator
Marvin Price is a distinguished mediator and attorney with an extensive background in Workers' Compensation, serving all of Georgia Workers' Compensation Mediation needs as a certified neutral.
Marvin holds a BA in Psychology, a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling, and a JD, all from the University of Georgia. Recognized for his fairness and professionalism, Marvin has received the Distinguished Service and Professionalism Award from the State Bar of Georgia's Workers' Compensation Section. He has also served as Co-Chair of the State Bar’s Annual Workers' Compensation Seminar and is a member of the Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Boards’ Advisory Committee.
Marvin understands that an injured employee needs to feel understood about how their injury has affected them before they can fully engage with the Workers' Compensation system and mediation process. His approach ensures that all parties are heard, fostering an environment conducive to equitable resolutions.
